$40.00 – $70.00Experience Adult Private Lessons with the Alliance Française de Princeton:
Private Lessons are available on a limited basis depending on instructor availability. Lessons are on a weekly basis and are one hour in length.
- Our teachers are native French speakers, fully qualified, experienced, and ready to listen to students’ needs.
- We use an active, progressive, and dynamic methodology based on oral communication.
- From the beginning, students have the opportunity to speak in French.
New Students
You will need to contact our Education Director to set up a phone call to determine your level of French and if there is an available instructor. Contact us describing your interest and a phone number to call or text you. Our Education Director will respond to your request in a few days. To determine your level of French, you can take our Placement Test. Print out the test, complete it, and either:
- Mail it to us at the address below.
- Scan and upload it on our contact page.

Registration
The option to register for lessons at the top of the page is for current students only. The quantity is the number of lessons you have taken during the current month. The Private Lesson type is where you specify the option, 1 student, if you are the only student in a lesson or the option, 2 to 4 students, if you are in a group with other students. Your final cost will be displayed during the checkout process.
